The focus on innovation and customer satisfaction has always been the engine and fuel that have powered the growth of the Magic Group. In summary we do not want to have only the best product on the market, we also want to be leaders in terms of the service level we offer. Never before like in these recent years, it has become particularly important for many customers to manage delivery times for their machines in the best possible way. Magic has therefore decided to offer a new service aimed at customers who require fast deliveries and a precise delivery date for their machines.

The Magic Prime service. Magic, through a new internal dedicated Team and specialized suppliers, will grant the delivery of the machine on the agreed date with more than 50 % less time required compared to the standard ones . So, if a machine would today require 7 months for delivery, Magic through the Magic Prime Service will grant it in almost 3-5 months*.

These investments confirm the future-oriented approach that has characterised the Magic Group for more than 65 years.
